FunkyThreads.com strives to offer you the best selection of cool, California fashion. We will be adding more and more boutiques as we grow so bare with us! Also, please keep in mind that these ARE specialty boutiques we are representing. The turn around time on these items is much quicker than anywhere else and therefore we will be updating each boutique every 3-4 weeks. This means that if you see an item you like on the site now, you may want to order it as it may be taken off soon. It also means that an item may be sold out, even if it is still pictured , as it may sell out right after it is added to the site! So please, if you see an item you like, don't hesitate to order it! With these prices, you can't miss! Remember, you can always return or exchange it if you are not completely satisfied. (See return policy below for more detail.) Order Processing
Upon receipt of your order, we will verify availability and begin gathering your merchandise from the various boutiques around town. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please allow a few days for this process. If an item you have chosen happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will promptly notify you via email. In the event that you do not receive an Order Confirmation within 3 days of your order date, please contact us at (310) 278-8141 or contact us. All California orders are subject to 8.25% tax. There will be no tax added for any other state. Please remember that all orders are subject to availability, and of course, we will not charge your credit card unless your items are available and ready to ship.

Shipping
Regular shipping within the United States takes 3-4 business days. All orders shipping within the US will be shipped via US Priority Mail Service. If an item you have chosen is out of stock or on backorder, it may take a little longer. We will make every effort to get your items shipped as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us at (310) 278-8141 so we can track it. The following shipping charges will apply. Return Policy
Any items returned within 14 day of receipt may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Any items returned after 14 days of receipt can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Funky Threads will not accept any items returned after 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Funky Threads checks its merchandise before shipping it, therefore, no merchandise which is damaged in any way will be returnable. If the returned merchandise does not include the original packing slip invoice (or a copy thereof) we cannot issue a credit or refund.

We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of our users' financial information from their computers to our servers, utilizing RSA public key encryption. Only those employees who need access to our users' information in order to process the orders are allowed access. Our site uses order forms and registration forms for users to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (like users' email addresses, names, telephone numbers, and mailing addresses) and financial information (like account or credit card numbers) through these forms. Contact information from the forms is used to send orders to our customers, to send information about our products and services and for the purposes of record keeping. Please contact us to receive future mailings. The financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for the products.
